 WHAT TO DRINK

When eating out at restaurants it is easy to want to order a drink (either not alcoholic or alcoholic) But ordering these add unnecessary calories to your meal. If you want to shave off some calories, try sticking with water or unsweetened tea for a healthier alternative.

And to wrap up a meal, what does it better than a dessert! Desserts are often the most wanted thing from eating out at a restaurant but are hard to avoid unhealthy options. If you want to order a dessert, try ordering one to split with someone or even share with the whole table, that way you aren’t obligated to eat the whole thing and left with guilt. But if you must have a dessert for yourself, look for sorbets or something made from fresh fruit to satisfy your sugar craving!
